1) Right of Withdrawal / Returns (30 Days)

We offer returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

Important: Before initiating a return, please contact us via email first. We will explain the return procedure and, where applicable, provide you with a return label.

2) Conditions for a Valid Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in its original condition (unworn/unwashed, where applicable)

  • Be returned preferably in the original packaging

  • Include all accessories/components

  • Include proof of purchase (order number/order confirmation)

  • Be securely packaged (e.g., in a shipping carton)

  • Have tags/barcodes intact where possible

Note: Returns sent to an incorrect or unauthorized address may result in delays or refusal of refund.


3) Return Process

  2. You will receive return instructions (and, where applicable, a return label).

  3. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund.

4) Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible — ideally within 48 hours of delivery — and provide:

  • Clear photo/video of the damage

  • Order number

  • Full name and shipping address

After review, we will arrange either a free replacement or a full refund, depending on the case.


5) Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email.

If approved:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (or store credit if agreed).

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and may take several business days.


6) Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund is not yet visible:

  • Check your bank account again

8) Discount & Promotional Codes

Promotional codes apply only to orders placed during the active promotional period.

They cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.


9) Shipping & Liability

We are not responsible for return shipments sent without our return instructions or without tracking protection.

Recommendation: Keep your proof of postage and tracking details until your return is fully processed.


10) Chargebacks & Disputes – IMPORTANT

We are always committed to resolving any issue fairly and promptly.

Customers must contact our support team before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
